Located in Fushan Industrial Zone, covering an area of 7500㎡and an actual production area of 15,000㎡, Hongyi Aceart (No.1 Plant) is divided into upper and lower floors, andhas 200 on-the-job workers. Equipment used in the plant includes: 1 automaticcomposite slab assembly line, 11 infrared bridge cutters, 4 water-jetdissectors, 2 edgers, 4 manually operating cutters, 1 automatic moulding machine,17 splitters, 2 calibrators and 2 automatic chamfering machine. All kinds ofequipment are available, and there is a 2000㎡ wide typesetting space in the plant to meet the needs of color separationtypesetting for various large-scale projects. Moreover, more than 20experienced professional handcrafts men of the plant can create the mostsophisticated products with their most professional skills.

At the end of 2015, Aceart Stone (No.2 Plant) emerges as the timesrequire. It is located in Longtou Fifth Zone, Renfu Industrial Park, ShuitouTown, Nan' an City, covers an area of 8000㎡ and has 120 on-the-job workers. In terms of production equipment, Aceart Stone(No.2 Plant) has 1 automatic compound slab assembly line, 4 infrared bridgecutters, 2 water-jet dissectors, 2 edgers, 2 manually operating bead cutters, 9splitters, 2 calibrators, 1 automatic chamfering machine and a wide typesettingarea with an area of 3000㎡.

Covering an area of 7000 ㎡, Hongyi Aceart(No.3 Plant)is located near Kangdian intersection in Fushan Industrial Zone,and has 60 on-the-job workers. There are 6 infrared bridge cutters, 2 water-jetdissectors, 1 edger, 2 manually operating cutters, 3 molding machine, 8 carvingmachine, 2 profiling machine and a 2000㎡typesetting area in the plant. The annual capacity of production of 100thousand㎡ and the monthly capacity ofproduction of 9000㎡ of Hongyi Aceart (No.3 Plant) can createa total output value of RMB 30 million Yuan annually, which is flagship projectspecializing in stone products for home decoration of Aceart brand of HongyiGroup.
